Shipping & Order Policy

Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is completed, it will be automatically synchronized with the CJ platform for processing. After the order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During this period, the product is prepared, packed, and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Please note that certain products may require additional preparation time:

  • Print-on-Demand (POD) products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • High-demand or limited-stock items

Processing for these items may take 3–7 business days or longer depending on production requirements.

Shipping Time

Delivery time varies depending on the warehouse location and shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

  • China Warehouse: approximately 7–20 business days

  • United States / European Union Warehouses: approximately 2–7 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be generated automatically and sent to you via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the shipping progress through the carrier's tracking system.

Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear after the package has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on several factors, including:

  • Package weight

  • Package dimensions (volume)

  • Destination country or region

  • Selected shipping method

The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your payment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on the destination country, international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees.

CJ supports both:

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Duties and taxes are prepaid and included in the shipping cost.

  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Duties and taxes may be charged to the buyer upon delivery.

Customs policies vary by country, and the buyer is responsible for complying with local import regulations.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

After-Sales Service

We are committed to providing reliable service and customer satisfaction.

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transportation

  • Incorrectly shipped

  • Missing items

Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the issue. CJ will investigate the case and arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is verified.

Returns & Non-Quality Issues

For returns requested due to non-quality-related reasons (such as change of mind or incorrect item selection by the customer):

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days after delivery

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed according to our return policy.

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Customs inspections

  • Severe weather

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Carrier delays
